At the site of the former Spinnaker Restaurant on the 16th floor of the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Cambridge now resides the Charles View Ballroom.

Electrical construction included the complete demolition of the former Spinnaker restaurant and the installation of all new electrical systems including Fire Alarm, Lighting & HVAC controls.
