Boston Architectural College

BAC - 951 Boylston St Boston, Mass

Murphy Electric was chosen electrical contractor for all phases of electrical work completed at  Boston Architectural College’s  951 Boylston St. address.

This building was the former site of the Institute of Contemporary Art and was in need of a complete system upgrade include a new electrical service, fire alarm system and state-of-the-art energy management system.

The installation of a “Convia” modular lighting system was also completed on the 2nd & 3rd floors and was the first of it’s kind in the Boston area.

Phases I & II were completed in the summer of 2009′ and the final phase is expected to begin in late 2010′.
